#GoRadio 30: Find People That Can Stretch With You
This is the last in the month of daily prompts. This newsletter will continue with periodic prompts as well as interviews and tips from producers so stay tuned! And if you’d like to get in touch I’m on Twitter @georgelavender.
Today’s prompt comes from Davey Kim
I haven’t touched my toes since elementary school. So back in 2017, a concerned, and also inflexible, radio friend started to send me random audio messages reminding me to stretch + voice memo size stories of her life overseas. Then we added another inflexible, distant radio friend to the group. Now we all share meandering audio messages filled with stretching tips + tales of adulting. It’s 2020 and I still can’t touch my toes. But these casual snippets of joy (and sometimes tears) remind me that there is more to life than work. Find people that can stretch with you.
